Questions before you customize?
How long does a custom set take?
Most custom sets require 7–14 business days after the design and quote are confirmed. Rush options may be available for an additional fee.
Can I send inspiration photos?
Yes. You can paste image links in the form, or send photos after we reply to your request.
Can I order matching toes?
Yes. Matching Mani & Pedi sets are available and quoted based on complexity, length and details.
Are custom orders refundable?
Because custom sets are made specifically for you, confirmed custom orders may not be eligible for cancellation or return once production begins.
