This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website.
1. Shipping Area
At this time, we only ship to the United States.
If your shipping address is outside the United States, you may not be able to complete checkout on our website.
We currently do not offer international shipping. If we expand our shipping areas in the future, we will update this Shipping Policy accordingly.
2. Shipping Origin
Orders are shipped from our fulfillment location in China.
Please note that shipping time may vary depending on order volume, carrier processing, customs clearance, holidays, weather conditions, and other circumstances outside our control.
3. Order Processing and Delivery Time
Most IntoVibes press-on nail products are handmade, customized, or made-to-order.
Because our press-on nails are handmade and made-to-order, additional production time is required before shipment.
Order Processing Time / Production Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for our artists to craft, prepare, and pack your set before dispatch.
Shipping Time: Once dispatched, orders shipped to the United States typically take 12–25 business days to arrive.
Estimated Total Delivery Time: The estimated total delivery time for orders shipped to the United States is usually 15–30 business days after payment has been confirmed, as shown at checkout.
Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will usually begin processing on the next business day.
If we need to confirm your nail size, design details, color, shape, or other customization information, processing may be delayed until we receive your confirmation. Please make sure all customization details and contact information are correct when placing your order.
Processing or delivery may take longer than usual during holidays, promotional periods, high-order-volume periods, customs clearance, severe weather, carrier delays, or when additional order confirmation is required.
If there is a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to contact you using the email address or contact information provided at checkout.
4. Shipping Methods, Time, and Cost
The available shipping method, shipping cost, and estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
For orders shipped to the United States:

Shipping Method: Free Shipping
Shipping Cost: Free on orders over $59.99
Estimated Delivery Time: 15–30 business days
Free shipping will be automatically available at checkout when your order meets the minimum purchase requirement.
5. Orders Containing Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, the order may be shipped together after all items are ready.
In some cases, we may ship items separately depending on product availability and fulfillment arrangements.
If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you may receive separate tracking numbers.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

8. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Orders are shipped from China to the United States.
In most cases, the shipping carrier will handle customs clearance during transit. However, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply in certain situations.
If any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are required by local authorities, they are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
9. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
If your tracking information has not updated for several days, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
10. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please check your shipping information carefully before submitting your order, including:

If a package is delayed, returned, lost, or delivered to the wrong address because of incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, we may not be able to offer a full refund or free replacement.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us immediately.
11. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your package appears to be significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we will help you check the shipping status.
If the carrier marks a package as delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with:
Your local carrier
Your mailbox or delivery area
Front desk, reception, or property manager
Neighbors or household members
We are not responsible for stolen packages after the carrier confirms delivery.
12. Returned or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, we will contact you after receiving the returned package.
Additional shipping fees may be required to resend the order.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return and refund eligibility for returned, unclaimed, handmade, customized, personalized, or made-to-order items will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
13. Shipping Changes After Order Placement
Once an order has been processed, customized, packed, or shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address or shipping method.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping information.
